Digital Transformation Project in Production
Purpose of Our Project
- Establishment of a central and sustainable spatial platform that enables the digitalization of SMEs producing, brings together actors such as universities and industry, has a team of experts with high technical capacity and knowledge, and advisory institutions,
- Increasing the level of knowledge and awareness of SMEs producing in Düzce about the components, requirements and benefits of digital transformation,
- Measuring and analyzing the digitalization levels of SMEs in production processes, in-house administrative processes, sales and marketing under 3 main headings, and creating suggestions for road maps,
- Completion of roadmaps and, accordingly, providing SMEs with access to products, services and digital products that help digitalization,
- Accelerating the digital transformation of SMEs by developing loan and financing solutions for the Digitization of manufacturing SMEs and providing support to SMEs making production to benefit from these supports,
- Contributing to manufacturing SMEs to make the level of digitalization achieved in the project sustainable and to make digitalization a corporate culture,
- The project is to analyze and report the effects of digitalization on the level of digitalization of SMEs and the efficiency of the institution.
